• Editorial control: You can edit, reject, or approve every suggestion.
• Role-based delegation: Delegates operate through permissioned access. Doovo™ is built to avoid credential sharing.
• No fabricated identity: Doovo™ is intended to support your professional voice, not invent positions, experiences, or claims you don't stand behind.

2. Source Integrity

Grounded in attributable inputs.

ACE is designed to prioritize source-backed drafting for research-based posts.

• Attribution-first workflow: When ACE proposes a post based on an article or dataset, it preserves the source reference so your team can verify context.
• Defensibility standard: We optimize for “boardroom safe” clarity, where a reader can ask “based on what?” and the answer is traceable.
• No guarantee language: While no AI system can guarantee zero errors, our architecture is built to reduce the likelihood of unsupported claims and to keep humans in control before anything is published.

3. Data Privacy & Ownership

Your inputs and outputs remain yours.

• Ownership: You retain rights to your inputs (profile context, drafts, edits) and outputs (approved posts).
• No public model training: Doovo™ does not use customer content to train public, general-purpose AI models.
• Purpose limitation: Data is used to operate the product (suggestion generation, workflow, analytics) and to improve your experience inside your workspace.

4. Security & Access Controls

• Least-privilege access: Users only see what their role and organization permit.
• Delegation controls: Access can be granted or revoked without password exchange.
• Auditability: Doovo™ is built to support operational traceability (who approved, who edited, what was scheduled, what was published).

• No manipulation: We do not design ACE to generate deceptive content, impersonation, or hidden persuasion.

6. What Doovo™ Will Not Do

• Auto-publish without approval
• Share or sell customer content
• Require executives to share social passwords with staff
• Claim facts without any attributable basis when the workflow is source-driven
• Train public models on your private workspace content

Definitions

• ACE: Doovo™'s research-first content engine for executive thought leadership.
• Authorized Delegate: A user explicitly permitted to draft/schedule/publish on behalf of an executive within Doovo™.
• Source-backed post: A draft generated with a referenced external input (article, report, dataset).
